Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
As a small business trying to bring our customers the best products and service possible we make an effort to process orders as soon as they are placed. All Decicio Glass pieces are made by us by hand and require significant time and costs to produce. As such:
• All sales are final, no refunds or returns are available.
• Order cancellations, additions to your order, or item swaps are unavailable once an order is placed.
{Exchanges + Oopsies}
We want you to love your experience with us so if, for some reason, you do decide you want a different item or color we are happy to work with you. To do an exchange:
• The item must be in brand new condition.
• This must be within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
• The buyer must place a new order for replacement, which guarantees the item you would like is available.
• The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges to and from.
• The buyer must contact us for an exchange form which must be included in the package upon the items return.
• Upon the return the original order will be refunded for the item that was returned.
• Following all of these guidelines ensures your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible
If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item we are happy to make it right. To replace a damaged item or incorrect item:
• This must be within 14 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
• Send us a convo with your order # and image of the item to verify the item is in fact damaged.
• If the original item you ordered is unavailable we can issue you a store credit of equal value.
